During an interview on The Pete Santilli Show with Lee Stranahan on February 11, 2023, Lee presented information that there is proof that George Soros was recruited by the CIA. The person who reportedly recruited Soros was Roman Kupchinsky, who was running a company called Prologue Corporation. Stranahan indicated that CIA documents identified Prologue Corporation was a pro Ukrainian-Nazi propaganda outlet which the CIA funded. The book Lee Stranahan referred to was authored by Taras Hunczak title “My Memoirs - Life’s Journey Through WW2 and Various Historical Events of the 21st Century”

On page 83 (PDF Page 93/247), Taras Hunczak provides the only documented account of George Soros meeting with a known, well-documented CIA Agent Roman Kupchinsky, who was the President of the CIA funded Prolog Research Corporation. Based on the timeline indicated by Hunczak in Chapter 5, the approximate date for the meeting is estimated to be March 1990.

Who was Roman Kupchinsky?

Roman Kupchinsky (November 1, 1944 – January 19, 2010)

Roman Kupchinsky, born on November 1, 1944, in Vienna, Austria, immigrated to the United States in 1949 with his family. His military service in Vietnam interrupted his studies, and he later became known for his work with the CIA first under the leadership of Ukrainian-Nazi Mykola Lebed when Lebed was the President of Prolog Research Corporation, and later as the President of Prolog in 1978 until 1990. In Tara Tunczak’s memoir, Roman Kupchinsky was responsible for recruiting George Soros and starting the International Renaissance Foundation based in Kiev. The CIA refers to Prolog as a proprietary psychological warfare operation based in New York City initiated primarily for cover and administrative purposes to facilitate the funding and accounting of Project AERODYNAMIC. AERODYNAMIC (formerly CARTEL, ANDROGEN, AECARTHAGE) (1949-70) refers to CIA support for ZP/UHVR (Ukrainian Supreme Liberation Council), which began in 1949. CIA helped to establish in New York City the Prolog Research and Publishing Company in 1953 as ZP/UHVR's publishing and research arm. Prolog, through an affiliate in Munich, published periodicals and selected books and pamphlets which sought to exploit and increase nationalist and other dissident tendencies in the Soviet Ukraine. ZP/UHVR operational activity concentrated on propaganda and contact operations. In 1970, AERODYNAMIC was re-designated QRPLUMB.

QRDYNAMIC/QRPLUMB (formerly AEBEEHIVE) (1970-91) superceded Project AERODYNAMIC and supported the Ukrainian émigré organization ZP / UHVR (Ukrainian Supreme Liberation Council) with a New York publishing arm called Prolog Research Corporation (QRTENURE, AETENURE) and a Munich Office, Ukrainian Society for Foreign Studies (QRTERRACE, AETERRACE), publisher of the monthly journal Suchasnist. CIA terminated QRPLUMB after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1991 and provided funds to enable Prolog to transition to a privately-funded company. (March 1990, Kupchinsky recruited George Soros) In 1992, Prolog's monthly Ukrainian journal Suchasnist (Contemporary Times) was successfully transitioned to a publishing company in Kiev, Ukraine and thereafter was published as a collaborative effort between Prolog and a Ukrainian group in Kiev.
